Who holds your data
- Company
- Laid Back Llama LLC
- Address
- 25 First Ave. SW, Ste A
Watertown, SD 57201
United States - info@lbllama.com
The short version
We collect what you type into our forms, plus basic analytics. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad trackers. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you and we will.
What we collect
Only what you give us, plus two technical bits:
- Contact form: your name, email, message, and if you fill them in, your website, industry, budget range and goals.
- Newsletter and free trial forms: your email address.
- Pulse orders: your email, the page URL you want worked on, and an optional keyword.
- Your IP address: held in memory for one hour to stop people spamming our forms. It is never written to a database.
- Analytics: Google Analytics records pages viewed, rough location, device and browser.
We do not ask for card details. Pulse is paid in crypto and we never see your payment information.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to send what you asked for, to deliver work you paid for, to keep the forms from being abused, and to see which pages people actually read.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of outside services. They see only what they need:
- Discord: form submissions arrive in our team chat.
- Google Workspace: emails we send you.
- Google Analytics: anonymous site usage.
- Bitcart: Pulse orders and crypto payment handling.
- Hetzner: our servers, based in Germany.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data with anyone.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. Nothing on this site needs a cookie to work, so blocking them in your browser costs you nothing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our chat and inbox for as long as we might reasonably need them, and we clear out old ones. Analytics data expires on Google's own schedule. IP addresses used for rate limiting are gone within an hour.
Your rights
Email info@lbllama.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it within 30 days and we will not ask why. If you are in the EU or UK, this is your right under GDPR. If you are in California, it is your right under the CCPA. We apply the same rules to everyone regardless.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. See also our terms.
