IN THE MAP PACK
Local SEO, a menu Google can read and a listing that is always right, aimed at the person standing on the corner with a phone in one hand, deciding where to get a coffee.
Nobody compares ten websites before buying a coffee. They open the map, look at the three places nearest to them and walk to one. So the work is mostly on your Google listing: the right category, hours that are always correct, photos of the counter, and a steady flow of recent reviews. The website matters as the thing the listing points to, with a menu people and Google can read.
One regular who comes in five mornings a week spends a lot in a year. If being first on the map brings in a handful of new regulars every month, the work pays for itself quickly. Single-location cafés are where local SEO moves fastest, because the competition is a few hundred metres wide.
Wrong opening hours. Someone walks over on a holiday morning, finds the shutter down and leaves a one-star review from the pavement. Setting holiday and summer hours on Google takes five minutes and most cafés never do it. We set them for the whole year and keep them right.
Yes. Google cannot reliably read a PDF or a photo, and neither can someone on a slow connection. A menu written as text, with prices, lets you show up for the things people actually search for: oat cappuccino, pistachio cornetto, gluten-free brunch. It also loads in a second.
Tourists search in their own language, usually English, even in the middle of Rome or Bologna. Your listing and a short page on your site should answer in English as well as your own language, with the words they use: best espresso near me, Italian breakfast, where to have a cornetto. It is a small amount of work for a lot of foot traffic.
Access to your Google Business Profile, your site and Search Console, your menu with prices, your real opening hours for the year, and a few good photos of the counter and the coffee. That is enough to start. The rest we set up with you.
