Using this site

By using lbllama.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Do not try to break it, scrape it at volume, or use it to send spam.

What we sell

• SEO consulting for brands in competitive niches.
• Website design and development.
• Pulse: a one off SEO push for a single page.

Nothing here is a fixed quote. We put the scope and the price in writing before we start.

Pulse orders

Pulse starts with a trial: one page, one time, $0.99, paid in cryptocurrency through Bitcart. We start within 48 hours of payment clearing and email you when the page has been updated.

The trial price is not our rate. After it, we quote ongoing work based on how many pages you need and what you are trying to achieve.

Crypto payments cannot be reversed by us. If something goes wrong with your order, email info@lbllama.com and we will put it right or refund you. Ask before we start work and you get a full refund.

What we do not promise

SEO depends on search engines we do not control. We will not promise you a position, a traffic number, or a revenue figure, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We promise to do the work we agreed, competently, and to tell you honestly how it is going.

Who owns what

Once you have paid in full, the deliverables we make for you are yours: content, code, designs, reports. The methods, templates and tools we use to make them stay ours. This site and everything on it stays ours.

Your side of it

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us, and for holding the rights to any material you ask us to publish. If your business needs a licence to operate, that is on you, not us.

Liability

We are liable for what we do wrong, up to the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem. We are not liable for lost profit, lost rankings, or knock on business losses. Nothing here removes liability we are not legally allowed to remove.

Ending an engagement

Either of us can stop an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. You pay for work done up to that point. We hand over what you paid for.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States. If we cannot settle a dispute between ourselves, it goes to the courts of South Dakota.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Changes do not affect work already agreed. See also our privacy policy.
