COMPOUNDS
Technical SEO, bottom-of-funnel pages and templates that scale, aimed at the searches that end in a demo rather than a bounce.
The keyword with the volume is almost never the keyword with the pipeline. A broad category term gets searched by students, consultants and people writing listicles. A search like "alternative for agencies with under twenty seats" gets typed by someone with a renewal next month. Most of this job is finding the second kind and building enough of them to matter.
Yes, and they will be among the highest-converting pages you own, because anyone searching that is choosing between two products right now. They only work if they are honest. A page where you win every row gets discounted on sight. Name what the other product genuinely does better and yours becomes the page people trust.
One template filled from your own data: a page per integration, per file format, per role, per use case. Done well it is thousands of pages that are each genuinely useful. Done badly it is thousands of near-identical pages and Google demotes the whole pattern. The difference is whether each page carries something the others do not.
On the bare category term you usually will not beat them, and it is worth hearing that early. You beat them on the long tail they cover thinly: specific integrations, specific roles, specific industries, specific migrations. There are far more of those searches than category searches, and they convert better because the intent is narrower.
Signups, demos booked and pipeline attributed to organic, tracked from first touch rather than last. Rankings and sessions get reported as leading indicators, not as the point. If organic traffic doubles and demos do not move, that is a finding we bring to you, not a number we celebrate.
Access to the site, analytics and Search Console, a look at your closed-won deals so we know who actually buys, and an hour with someone from sales. The words buyers use on calls are usually better keyword research than any tool.
